1. Personal Information Collection

• Admission के समय students से basic details (Name, Address, Contact Number, Email, Qualification, Documents) collect किए जाते हैं।
• ये जानकारी सिर्फ admission, communication और certificate issue करने के लिए use होती है।

2. Use of Information

• Student records को सिर्फ academic और administrative purpose के लिए maintain किया जाता है।
• Contact details का use केवल official communication और updates के लिए होगा।
• किसी भी third party को बिना student की permission data share नहीं किया जाएगा (except legal requirement)।

3. Data Protection & Security

• GVTI student records को safe और confidential रखता है।
• Digital data secure systems में store किया जाता है और physical records institute में सुरक्षित रखे जाते हैं।
• Unauthorized access से बचाने के लिए institute regular monitoring करता है।

4. Online Classes & Digital Platforms

• Online login IDs और passwords strictly personal हैं। इन्हें share करना prohibited है।
• Unauthorized recording, copying या distribution of classes allowed नहीं है।

5. Consent

• Admission form submit करने के बाद student automatically agree करता है कि उसकी जानकारी institute rules के अनुसार use होगी।
• Students किसी भी समय अपनी information update या correct करा सकते हैं।

6. Rights of Students

• Students अपने personal data की copy मांग सकते हैं।
• गलत information होने पर उसे correct कराने का अधिकार students को है।

7. Policy Changes

• GVTI कभी भी इस Privacy Policy में बदलाव कर सकता है।
• Latest policy हमेशा institute की official notice board या website पर available होगी।
