GLOBAL VOCATIONAL TRAINING INSTITUTE (GVTI)

1. Admission & Enrollment

• Admission सही documents और eligibility check करने के बाद ही होगा।
• गलत या fake documents मिलने पर admission cancel कर दिया जाएगा।

2. Fees & Payment

• Course fees को समय पर deposit करना ज़रूरी है।
• Fees once paid non-refundable & non-transferable होगी।
• Late payment पर extra charges लग सकते हैं।

3. Attendance & Discipline

• Minimum 75% attendance compulsory है exam देने के लिए।
• Discipline follow करना, teachers & staff का respect करना ज़रूरी है।
• Misbehavior, property damage या rules break करने पर strict action लिया जाएगा।

4. Examination & Certificate

• Exam देने के लिए attendance + performance दोनों ज़रूरी हैं।
• Certificate सिर्फ तभी मिलेगा जब course complete + fees clear हो।
• Misconduct या dues pending होने पर certificate रोक दिया जाएगा।

5. Code of Conduct

• Proper dress code और class discipline maintain करना होगा।
• Mobile phones class time पर use नहीं करना है।
• Ragging, harassment या discrimination strictly prohibited है।

6. Institute Rights

• GVTI course structure, syllabus, schedule change करने का right रखता है।
• Institute personal belongings के loss या theft के लिए जिम्मेदार नहीं होगा।
• Students के photos/videos academic & promotional purpose के लिए use किए जा सकते हैं।

7. Refund & Cancellation

• Fees refund नहीं होगा (except special medical/transfer cases with management approval)।
• Admission cancel करवाने के लिए written application देना होगा।

8. Disclaimer & Safety

• Institute किसी accident, injury या personal loss के लिए responsible नहीं होगा।
• Students को अपने health और belongings का ध्यान रखना होगा।

9. Online Classes (if any)

• Login details share करना strictly prohibited है।
• Class recording या unauthorized distribution allowed नहीं है।
